Re: Recruitment
Well first off, Tobi thinks we need to send out a mass email to those that don't come on often or at all, letting them know that while they don't need to come on every day, attendance is required eventually, and that if they are too busy, they shouldn't be on a team to begin with.
Tobi believes it's all about time management, and people do that differently. If people can't make time for something, they shouldn't be participating in said activity to begin with. Instead, Tobi thinks we should let people know that they need to be at least semi-active within the team, whether it's just checking up on the team's status, or posting a couple of ideas to better the team, etc. Participation is encouraged.
As to the recruitment problem, Tobi thinks that Neji-senpai and Gaara-senpai have a point, although Gaara-senpai's plan may backfire. Neji-senpai suggested that we find duelists with at least SOME skill, and ask them to join us. The best way to find duelists of credible skill is to duel them, ne? So, Tobi thinks that if a team member duels someone, and finds that they are really good, they could pass on the suggestion that they join our team.
As for Gaara-senpai's plan, the way it could backfire is if we end up constantly pestering lots of people with random PM's. Duel Network could see that as an issue, and could ban people for it. So Tobi thinks we should go with Neji-senpai's plan, and PM/talk to duelists that have shown skills that warrant membership.
Tobi is a good boy.
