tournaments rules

hello there gonna start a tournament soon thats why i made this:
the rules:
no ftk/otk
no exodia,dw,wind ups and inzektors
its 2/3
no cheatin
no deck changin(except after first round then we will duel with new ban list)
and now ur rules if u dont now them u can ask me

Can we use Wind Up XYZ Monsters? I don't happen to use a Wind-Up deck, but some of my decks have a Wind Up Zenmaines in them. Is that permitted, or is that against the rules, also?

zenmains is fine and also lets w8 for the new banlist for the tourny

why not first round with this ban list and other rounds with new

nah too much stress and i wont be able to duel this week i got exams

I should make the rules so:

1. No FTK/OTK
2. No Exodia, Final Countdown, Wind Up, Inzectors (XYZ Wind-Up allowed)
3. No Cheating, Harrassing etc.
4. Best of 3
5. Give a clearly screenshot that u won
6. Let your deck be checked by a Senior/referree of the tournament Member, for the reason that a FTK/OTK duel will be coming. Even if u didnt want it, FTK/OTK are forbidden.
7. Be a nice duellist, even if u lost.
8. No deck changing, fact that the new deck will be a silent OTK/FTK deck is.
9. After the new banlist, remake your deck, let them be checked after you are done with it!

I hope this will be it doing those rules.

Out of all respect, I don't really agree with a part of rule 6. It shouldn't have to be by a Division 1 member, but rather any "Senior" member instead. (Basis for that being; Well Divisions aren't based off of skill anymore, but more or less a balancing point between teams for a war. Since there are amazing duelist in each of our division, such as the Division leaders, we can just get it checked by them and it should suffice as well)

yea k, but still, it must be checked. idc who do it, but if everyone want an fair tourney , then it must be checked. if no one will do it, then i will be the one who check them, cuz im not in the tourney. Its kinda boring for me not that it is easy, but i hate to wait everytime. maybe i will be the referree.. so i can check every duel .. i like to do it
